Orders are currently placed directly via WhatsApp. No registration or account needed.

1. Browse our Stack and pick what you want
2. Message us on WhatsApp with your order
3. We confirm availability, pricing, and delivery timeline
4. Payment is by bank transfer for now, confirmed with us over WhatsApp
5. Your order is dispatched or sourced, depending on stock status

We are working on adding card / online payment options in the future. All payments are coordinated manually to keep things simple and personal.

We're upfront about timelines because they depend on what you're ordering:

In-stock items, marked clearly in our Stack, are dispatched and delivered within 24 hours for customers living in Lagos.

Early Access items, marked clearly in our Stack, are health or gym supplements currently being used by us and a number of our customers while we gather feedback, before adding them fully to our regular Stack. We deliberately don't hold bulk stock of these yet. If you order one, it's sourced specifically for you in our next procurement round. We will always share the expected delivery window with you before you commit to buying.

• If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or different from what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
• Because supplements are a health & consumable product category, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items unless there's a genuine fault or error on our part.
• Refunds (where applicable) are processed back by bank transfer to the original account we received payment from, within 3 business days.
